Some breaking updates coming in from the poll-bound state of West Bengal where the Election Commission of India has imposed a 24-hour campaign ban on the state Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee for making insinuating and provocative remarks. The ban will be applicable from 8 PM on Monday till 8 PM today. The EC claimed that her remarks have a 'serious potential of the breakdown of law and order‘ thereby ‘adversely affecting the election process.
